Magnum Cafe at Grand Indonesia [Ice Cream Pop-Ups]

Thursday, February 24, 2011 was the opening of Magnum Cafe at Grand Indonesia, 5th floor, and try to experience the whole new Magnum concept. The place was gorgeous, cozy and nice. They had waffles, desserts, small bites and even drinks made out of Magnum ice cream.
This place is brilliant and good. It's a pop-up cafe though, meaning it's not permanent, and will only be present for 3 months. You guys better try while it's there!

Aldo Volpi, chef terkenal asal Italia, mengkreasikan berbagai macam masakan lezat dari mulai appetizer, main course, hingga dessert dan mocktail, yang rasanya benar-benar yummy. Nama-nama menu yang tersedia di Magnum Cafe antara lain Waffle De Aristocrat, Goblet of Chocolate, Razzle Dazzle, Crown Jewel, Pas De Trois, A Knight’s Tale, Court Jester, The Emperor, Commander’s Fried Rice, Royal Kingdom, Summer Tango, Truffle Royale, dan Ice Queen.

Jika anda ingin membuat sendiri es krim Magnum dengan topping sesuai dengan selera, di Magnum Cafe-lah tempat satu-satunya. Di booth Magnum Dipping seperti ini, es krim Magnum bisa anda celup sendiri ke dalam coklat Belgia, dan menambahkan topping sesuai selera. Saya sendiri, mencoba berbagai menu yang disediakan. Enak, dan tidak eneg. Soal harga, bervariasi mulai dari Rp. 20.000,- hingga Rp. 165.000,-

Rekomendasi Chef Aldo Volpi jika bingung memilih menu di Magnum Cafe pilihlah Waffle De Aristocrat yang dibanderol dengan harga Rp. 35.000,- saja!
